Like an in-person retreat, an online retreat provides an incredibly immersive experience with a range of coaches, learning about profound personal growth topics to empower Questers with a new sense of wisdom and insight into the life they want to live.

One of the beautiful benefits of an online retreat is that there is no need to travel, organise accommodation or step away from life for an extended period of time. Questers can create their own retreat-like space from home, with the freedom to move through the experience in a way that feels private, comfortable and pressure-free. Each online retreat is delivered through guided video sessions that Questers can follow throughout the retreat day, with no webcam, microphone or live group attendance required. This creates a private, supportive space where they can move, pause, reflect and reconnect in their own way. And with a 30 day access period they can return to a session, revisit what they loved and continue integrating the practices into everyday life.

Online retreats also offer a more accessible way to experience immersive wellbeing support. With fewer practical costs to consider compared to an in person retreat, Questers can explore meaningful practices, guided teachings and moments of personal reflection in a way that feels flexible and approachable. Then, if they feel drawn to a particular coach or modality, they can continue their journey through a more in-depth course or a personalised 1:1 therapy session. Our online retreats are supportive way to begin, deepen or expand their wellbeing journey, while creating space for lasting insight, restoration and inner connection.
