BOOKING YOUR THERAPY
- What are the payment options?
You can complete your payment via PayPal using your credit card like Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or Amex or by debit card or a savings account you have attached to your Paypal account. To make it easy, you can also purchase through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
- Once I purchase a therapy, when is my session?
Once you have purchased your therapy session, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to the coaches booking calendar or contact details to book your preferred date. Once this is chosen, you simply need to be available via the online sofware link i.e. Zoom, Skype or Facetime, that is supplied by your coach, 5 minutes before your session time.
- What is the booking and cancellation policy?
For OneQuest courses, once purchased you have access to the quest content immediately in the Questers Zone, and this content will continue to be available to you for 6 months to watch and rewatch to your heart's content.
We have structured OneQuest courses this way, knowing that even if something comes up when you originally planned to undertake your learning, you will still have plenty of time to complete your Quest. That being the case, we don’t have a cancellation option.
