- What are the Quest levels?
Beginner - If you're just starting your wellness journey, are a bit of a newbie, have been dabbling for a while but want to deepen your practice, or are interested in learning new skills in a different genre, the beginner retreats and courses are perfect for you. Learn the fundamentals and broaden your skill base with practical tips to get you up to speed in your chosen wellness categories. And most importantly, have fun and find new areas of learning to enjoy… you may even find a brand new passion as you connect with our incredible coaches.
Intermediate - If you have been learning in the wellness space for a while, feel comfortable that you know all the basics and have a good foundation or practise already, then the intermediate retreats and courses will be ideal for you. This is your opportunity to take an in-depth exploration into your favourite wellness topics, experience a more evolved understanding and take your learning and personal practise to the next level.
Advanced - If you feel confident in your skills and have a more highly developed understanding of your wellness topic, then completing an advanced retreat or course will allow you to evolve into a more rounded student of mindful movement with deep, connected insight. Advanced learning is the perfect way to immerse yourself in personal transformation techniques and make life-changing improvements to your habits and behaviours. These are also perfect if you are considering taking the next step into becoming a coach and truly mastering your knowledge.
All Levels - Whether you're taking your first steps into the world of wellness or have navigated its vast expanse for years, our 'All Levels' courses and retreats are meticulously crafted for every facet of your journey. These courses and retreats seamlessly merge the essentials with advanced wisdom, offering a spectrum of experiences that cater to both beginners eager for foundational insights and seasoned practitioners yearning for a refresh or deeper exploration. - How is an online retreat different from an in-person retreat?
Like an in-person retreat, an online retreat gives you that wonderful immersive experience with a range of coaches, learning about personal growth mindset and empowering you with a new sense of purpose and discernment so you have greater clarity into the life you want to live. This is what makes online retreats so incredibly powerful, addictive and totally life-changing.
The best part of an online retreat is that you don’t have to travel anywhere. You can stay incognito in your retreat with no need for a webcam or microphone so if you aren’t great at yoga, tend to fidget through meditation or need a quick bathroom break, you can take a pause without worrying about what anyone else thinks. We even provide you with a list of nutritious whole-food recipes with an accompanying shopping list to help you feed your body like you were on a retreat but with the added bonus that you can tailor it to your specific requirements.
Online retreats are more cost effective when compared to in-person retreats. Without travel, accommodation and chef-prepared food costs, you can get the same immersive experience and quality learning at a fraction of the price. Then, if you really love the coaches, you can choose to enrol into one of their personalised courses so you can become more proficient in your favourite wellbeing practices! It’s the best of both worlds… an immersive experience that is affordable and non-confrontational.
We love in-person retreats and we encourage Questers to participate in them whenever possible, however with the recent travel challenges we understand that it’s not always affordable or possible.
Especially for first timers, an online retreat is a great way to test the waters, see what a retreat is like from the comfort of your own home and then decide if an in-person retreat is the next step. For seasoned ‘retreaters’, being able to complete immersive learning on a more regular basis is the best way to solidify your knowledge and refine your personal practice.
- How do I access my course?
When you login to your quest you will be taken to the ‘My Quests’ page. If you scroll down the page your course will be listed there.
Click on the ‘Start Questing’ button to display all your course videos, a description of each and length. The button to each quest will say ‘Starting Soon’ if your quest has not yet begun but once it is available on the date and time that is listed, it will say ‘Start Quest’.
Once you click the ‘Start Quest’ button on a video you will be taken to the quest information which includes the video, detailed course notes, a profile about your Coach and there may even be additional course notes to download, depending on the quest. If the Coach has supplied a Spotify or Apple Music playlist for you to listen to while you are questing, feel free to connect to that as well to help fully immerse yourself and amplify your experience. Once you have finished each quest, you can go back to your course and get ready to watch your next one.
Don’t forget, you can go back and rewatch the videos as many times as you like for 6 months. You can pause, rewind, forward and restart to your heart's content.
- How do I reset my password?
Once you have purchased a course or retreat, you can login straight away.
If you can’t remember what password you chose, visit the password reset page, add your email address to the form and submit it. We will then email you a link where you can reset your password to regain access. Just remember to use the same email address you used to purchase your Quest so there aren’t any delays accessing your quest content.
Once you have created your new password, simply login to your quest.
