We are so glad you're here and asking important questions to really understand how we can support you on your personal Quest. We have provided some articles on accessing your online retreats and courses for you to peruse, to quickly resolve any queries you may have.

RETREAT ACCESS

How do I access my retreat?

When you login to your quest you will be taken to the ‘My Quests’ page. If you scroll down the page your retreat will be listed there.

Click on the ‘Start Questing’ button to display all your retreat videos, a description of each quest and the time that the video will become available. The button to each quest will say ‘Starting Soon’ if your quest has not yet begun but once it is available on the date and time that is listed, it will say ‘Start Quest’.

Once you click the ‘Start Quest’ button on a video you will be taken to the quest information which includes the video, detailed course notes, a profile about your Coach and there may even be additional course notes to download, depending on the quest. If the Coach has supplied a Spotify or Apple Music playlist for you to listen to while you are questing, feel free to connect to that as well to help fully immerse yourself and amplify your experience. Once you have finished each quest, you can go back to your retreat and get ready to watch your next one.

Don’t forget, if one of your retreat Quests has been scheduled with a specific start time and you missed the start, you can go back and rewatch it as many times as you like for 30 days. You can pause, rewind, forward and restart to your heart's content.

Test your devices are working ahead of time

Make sure you have access to your Quest portal and you can open up the retreat or course you have booked. We present all our sessions using streaming videos, which are compatible with devices and computers that have an internet browser.

If you are connecting a device to a TV for a bigger, better view of the sessions, this can often be done using a HDMI cable or you may be able to view our OneQuest courses or retreats directly on your smart TV’s internet browser. Make sure you can connect your device successfully and test using one of the other videos on our website before you are ready to start. That way you don’t feel pressured on the day with any technical issues.

What if I’m in a different timezone to AEST?

You can attend our retreats in any timezone. When you purchase your retreat, we check your timezone and so you can attend your sessions at the perfect time for you. So it doesn’t matter where you live in the world, you can attend your retreat in your timezone, at your convenience.

How long do I have to complete my retreat?

We want you to get the very best experience at your retreat and to learn, thrive and explore new concepts and teachings. Each of the Quests you undertake have a start date and time to help step you through your retreat experience and give you that drip feed, immersive experience. If for some reason you aren’t able to watch one of your Quests at the scheduled time, don’t worry cause once the start time has passed you can come back and watch it at any time.

We know that sometimes life gets in the way and there are unexpected responsibilities that come up, which is why we give you 30 days from the time your retreat starts to re-watch any of the Quests you loved, and really get the most out of your learning. And let's face it, the more you re-watch the Quests, the more likely you are to make new neural pathway connections and habit changing behaviours on your path to transformation.

How do I reset my password?

Once you have purchased a retreat, you can login straight away.

If you can’t remember what password you chose, visit the password reset page, add your email address to the form and submit it. We will then email you a link where you can reset your password to regain access. Just remember to use the same email address you used to purchase your Quest so there aren’t any delays accessing your quest content.

Once you have created your new password, simply login to your quest.

COURSE ACCESS

How do I access my course?

When you login to your quest you will be taken to the ‘My Quests’ page. If you scroll down the page your course will be listed there.

Each of the courses you undertake gives you the opportunity to deep dive into the content for 6 months from the date of purchase to re-watch any of the videos you loved, as many times as you like, to really get the most out of your learning. And let's face it, the more you re-watch the Quests, the more immersive an experience you will have, and the more life and habit changing the course content will have on your beautiful life.
