This brings forward insights that reconnect you with your authentic self and your higher purpose.\nFrom there, we move into Breathwork, using functional and transformational breathing techniques to help release stagnant energy, emotional blocks, and stored trauma from the body. The breath becomes the bridge between the wisdom of the Records and the physical body, allowing you to not only understand what’s been holding you back but to clear it on an energetic and cellular level.\nThis combination works on multiple layers: mind, body, and spirit. You’ll experience the spaciousness of higher awareness while staying anchored and grounded in the present moment. By the end of the session, clients often feel lighter, more aligned, and deeply connected to themselves, with practical guidance to help them integrate these insights into their daily lives.\nWe begin with approximately 15 minutes of discovery, where we explore what’s currently present for you, what you’d like to achieve from the session, and any areas of focus. This conversation helps set a clear intention for our time together.\nYou’ll then be guided into active breathing for up to 30 minutes, using specific breathwork techniques to unlock, release, and shift energy. As your breath flows, you may experience emotional release, physical sensations, or heightened clarity.\nFollowing the breathwork, we move into a 30-minute integrative meditation, allowing your mind and body to settle into the shifts you’ve made. This phase supports grounding, balance, and the assimilation of your experience.\nSessions can last up to 120 minutes in total, providing plenty of space for your journey to unfold naturally. For the best results, clients are encouraged not to schedule anything demanding immediately afterwards, allowing time for gentle reflection and self-care.\nIt’s more than just insight; it’s a full-body recalibration, bringing you home to who you truly are.\nThese sessions can be done online or face-to-face in Brisbane, Manly West.",
