Yoga Intelligence - The Spine

Know yourself and set yourself free

I absolutely loved this course. I’m a little addicted to it. I managed to complete it within 10 weeks.

Over the last 2 years with face to face Yoga classes being discontinued and interrupted with lockdowns, I moved into the habit of doing a daily yoga routine. Whilst enrolled in Tracy’s Masterclass, I found myself logging on to the Portal to utilise sessions in the course to use for my daily practice.

This enabled me to complete 1-2 modules a week. However, coming out of lockdown and returning to full time work, I wasn’t always able to commit to a daily practice.

I would recommend doing the Yoga Intelligence Masterclass at whatever pace suits you. I, myself, learn best by submerging myself in a topic of interest which is why I completed this at a quick pace. Having 12 months membership to complete this course, I intend to revisit certain practices that really aligned with me, especially the ones that focus on the area of the spine that I have injured.

As someone with a back injury I found it so enlightening to learn more about the anatomy of the spine and the particular vertebrae that I have injured.

Tracy’s practices throughout this course have helped me with my pain management as well as taught me how to relax my problem areas.

Due to having an overactive brain, meditation hasn’t come easily to me over my years of practicing Yoga. It would take me a while to calm down the 'chatter', 'disruptive thoughts' or 'monkey in the brain'. However throughout the Yoga Intelligence Masterclass, I’ve found Tracy’s practices have allowed me to find techniques to assist falling into meditation a lot easier.

I thoroughly enjoyed this online, holistic approach to deepening my knowledge of Yoga and would highly recommend it.
